Good Afternoon Everyone, Hope everyone is having a good Easter Sunday
Im buying a new build and awaiting the valuation results..the bank holidays has slowed down the process a little bit.
21th March- Full application submitted and offer accepted by Halifax subject to valuation
28th March - Valuation Carried Out
it is Colleys that carried out the valuation, and im sure its the basic valuation as its a new build.
Any idea when I will hear back about the valuation results/ full offer?

Hi I!!!8217;d expect by the end of this week. They!!!8217;ll have to type up a report etc and send it to your mortgage company for their review etc0

Colleys will send a copy of the valuation to you directly and it should already be back at Halifax electronically.
If the case wasn't referred to a Business Assessor at the outset and everything is in and accepted, the case should go to offer immediately.I am a mortgage broker.
