Ocado & missing 'free bundle worth £25'

just after some advice really,
I sometimes do an online shop with ocado - when I need to stock up on bulky, heavy things likes bottles, tins etc. I use ocado as they have free delivery, good choice of delivery slots and what I thought were some good offers - they apparently price check against Tesco - im under no illusion they are the cheapest however the free delivery is the selling point for me.
However, this week I did an online order as I wanted to take advantage of a free £25 household bundle offer id had emailed to me - various things including loo roll, laundry detergent and bleach which were the 3 things I really needed.
did my online order yesterday, delivery came this morning but no flippin loo roll, detergent or bleach!!
all the others items came that were included in the bundle and no other problems with the rest of the order.
if id know these items weren't going to come I would not have placed an order at all ..
I have emailed customer services to ask what happened and await their reply, but wondered if this has happened to anyone else and what the outcome was.

quick update - got an email late last night from customer service apologising for the missing items and a voucher towards my next shop to the value of the missing things!

I've always found that Ocado are very good if there are any mistakes in your order.
