Do a search...the number I posted a while back should be a couple of pages back now.

But I ask myself why would you want to phone Bolton and subject yourself to a painful conversation, whereby they will probably not be able to answer your questions, or if they do, will probably lie.

Go through your MP.

I loathe dialling 0845 nos. The CSA do have geographical numbers where you can reach them. Is this what you mean about 01204 not being available?

I Hate Bolton CSA, But dont see how i can do anythink when my case is there, i have wrote to ICE but they just say the CSA havent closed my problems to my case yet my CRO closed it 7 weeks ago.

so where do i go now, its like knocking your head against a brick wall.

Just a guess, but the CRO might have closed your case by sending all the information to ICE and ICE are now investigating your case.

Give ICE a bit longer. Have they given you a time scale of when their investigation will finish?

If you are not happy with ICE' conclusion then the next pit stop is the Ombudsman via MP.

0845 050 8485 is one of the Bolton numbers.

Is it not the case, that no matter what number you dial, their software automatically picks up your own number and redirects you to the case worker/dept assigned to your case. Thats what I was told by one of "them" anyway!

I think "them" who told you that is taking the p$ss. Also, if you can actually get through, most of the time the allocated caseworker is usually off on hol / in a meeting / not at their desk, if you know who actually IS you caseworker.

Their computer system is a shambles and I cannot see how their telephony system is any better.

Much too sophisticated for the csa...fufu is best to keep contacting ICE.
