Might just be worth checking your MAIL POINTS HISTORY

and comparing it to your NECTAR account.

I've found some oddities/discrepancies

For instance I have ISSUED entries well beyond the period described

Your points will show as 'Issued' in the list below until they've been added to your overall Nectar points balance, then they'll change to 'Credited' and will be included in your balance shown at the top of the page.

Don't worry if this occasionally takes a while, we aim to do it for you straightaway but it sometimes takes up to 24 hours.

I have some that I entered 5 days ago

Oddly the 30 bonus points have been CREDITED but the actual 5 out of 7 (Wednesday - 5th code) worth 5 points has not and is still "Issued"

On the Nectar side, most of the DM "ISSUED status codes" have NOT been added ....

....BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE OCCASIONAL ONE HAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another family member has found similar entries :eek:

Thanks for the information, Quoia. I must try and get time to check that over the next couple of days. I didn't get the 30 bonus codes today even though I've entered all the codes. Maybe it will appear tomorrow. I know they did have a glitch a few weeks ago and people had to contact them to receive their 30 points.
