As far as I'm aware, I do not know of anyone that received these "AUTOMATICALLY"
Only those that emailed/contacted DM to complain about them not appearing as they should have, had them added as an "afterthought".
I understand that DM have "acknowledged" that they had a "glitch" Xmas week - very sad that they have not sorted this out for everyone who has missed out without the need for each individual to have to request that they correct their mistake.
Very poor!
