Nectar cards unlinked from MyMail accounts

Has your Nectar card become unlinked from your MyMail account on 4 December, 2018? Please read on for an update

We’re aware that there has been an issue overnight with some members having their Nectar cards unlinked from their MyMail account. Please don’t contact our customer service team regarding this matter as we are currently taking a high volume of calls. If you don’t know your Nectar credentials and need assistance you can contact the Nectar helpline on 0344 811 0811.

Be assured that your Nectar points are safe and you simply need to link your Nectar card to your MyMail account again. If you are having any trouble with linking your accounts please don’t worry – you can still collect your Nectar points while your accounts are unlinked and the points will be added to your Nectar card when you re-link again.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
