I use Outlook/Hotmail and have a blank also ...

However ...

My "Sender Image" in ON when it is to the RIGHT ....

... BUT ...

the "image" that appears to "come" & "go" IF I switch it is the tiny one to the left of each message in my Inbox

It's either a Coloured Circle with 1 or 2 white letters in
(TS= The Sun, M=MyMail, D=DoNotReply@, EA=Etihad Airways)
OR
a specific Icon

Like for Nectar

This is the CONTACT IMAGE
If both the sender and the recipient use Outlook, a contact picture appears in e-mail messages when the sender includes a contact photo.

All the use by dates were 8th dec.

Just wondering if this offer is to clear stock.

i found he sender image feature but it was already on. i've tried turning it off and then on again and logging out each time and the back in but to no avail. I'm not sure it is an image issue TBH because I have the daily mail and Iceland image from first receiving the message but no actual coupon. There is no broken image icon appearing in the blank section where one would expect it to be either. i've tried forwarding to other addressed too and it then appears as the same message but with the big blank space removed, so i have the 2 logos for Daily Mail and Iceland, the text stating there's a coupon below but no coupon.
The Nectar logo doesn't appear at any point either, i'm not sure if you guys actually see that or if Q was just being illustrative
I did email Mymail last night but obviously had no reply yet! I think this expires tomorrow too doesn't it? Has anyone had success using this with blank section?

Just received this reply from MyMail re missing voucher :

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to view the voucher in the email. I understand how frustrating this can be.

We are aware of an issue with some customers being unable to view the voucher in the email so we will shortly be resending the emails with an attachment to a viewable voucher. Please keep checking your inbox for this to arrive with you. (and spam folder just in case)

Once you have printed this you can show the voucher at any Iceland store (or Food Warehouse) before stores close on Tuesday, 27 November, 2018 to collect your mince pies.
