Mine went, and after they'd been spent too...
Points balance in the negative at the minute


Complaining to the Mail seems to have got me 200 points free, and there was the suggestion that any negative balances as a result of this may be put back to zero.

150 + 500 points removed from my nectar total yesterday.

There is no mention of removing them from the MYMail Account but they have been removed from the total

Be worth double checking because mine are still showing on MyMail but have been removed from the total.

Yes Tuggy just checked both a/cs & Nectar has the 2 bonuses removed but MyMail still showing.


So who made the mistake - MyMail or Nectar? Looks as though a complaint to both is in order.


Anyone have any more info. on this?
