Hmmmm That doesn't sound good at all!!! to me. Where was that message posted?Sunhappy said:In my experience, whenever there have been changes in the past, it's always to the reader's detriment
"Later this month there will be some small changes to how you collect Nectar Points for entering a Unique Number. You will still collect Nectar Points every day and the fun changes will make it easier for you to automatically enter our draws for some great prizes. The Nectar Points you have already collected will not be affected. For now, keep putting in your Unique Numbers and we will provide you with more information very soon".

Wonder whether it will be more prizes and less points?Auntycaz said:
I can't see how they can cut the points down much more. I bought 1 packet of sliced ham in sainsburys the other day and got as many bonus points for it as I would get for collecting DM codes for a month.Sunhappy said:In my experience, whenever there have been changes in the past, it's always to the reader's detriment

I imagine this is going to benefit the DM and encourage more subscribers. My best guess would be where you have to buy 7 papers in a row to get the points on a Sat or Sun so technically they will accrue but they won't be credited on accounts until either you pay to subscribe or you get a full house of papers each week. Perhaps you will collect 'stamps' and use the Weekend magazine to input them. It's hard to know what their plans are until we get an update, but just know it will be to our detriment as Sunhappy said, as these things are always designed to penalise the reader.Auntycaz said:

@ailey - you're right, you would get 50 points for weekends, 100 for a Sat and 150 for Sun, then it went to 10 per weekdays and 50 for weekend days (if I remember correctly), before settling on the abysmal 5 points per day.
Maybe Stob can shed some light since he works for the DM
