I have tried "chatting" to them online but got told to wait 28 days for the extra points! I don't believe this as in the past x2, x3 points etc were always added immediately.

I tried phoning but all their agents are busy right now.

It's only pennies I know, but annoying that they make an offer and don't appear to honour it.

UPDATE - If I click on the link from the email instead of my usual bookmark, the 5x offer is highlighted there on the landing page. Too late for today as I have already entered my numbers, but I'll go to that page tomorrow.

Just a heads up guys - I entered a code yesterday and it said 5 points added so I tried going through the 5x Nectar points offer email promotion link today and nothing happened, it just said the normal 5 points added. I expect the offer will apply once Mon-Fri codes are all entered or it could be added after 30 days or whatever. It's hard to say and definitely unclear on the website. I'm also not sure if it's account specific or an offer open to everyone but hopefully the DM honour it.
