Can anyone help me with Monday codes (x2) please?  I have 2 possible Sunday codes  & 1 Thursday code if anyone wants to swap.

Is anyone else having trouble putting numbers in today?   I have tried 2 different numbers today for Monday and they are both saying not valid numbers?

My Sunday number didnt work at all, even though it was very clearly printed...had to use the magazine clue.

I had a strange message the other day when I tried to input the numbers it said failure to process request. No idea why.

I've emailed them waiting for an answer   I've tried 2 different numbers for today and both say not valid numbers!!  They must have a problem!


We're sorry to hear you're having trouble entering your Unique Number as it's showing as invalid/not a unique number. The technical problem with the website from Saturday preventing Customers from entering their Unique Numbers is still on going. We do apologise about this. The problem is being looked into and we hope to have it resolved soon. Please try entering your Unique Numbers again later.

They obviously have a problem!!

I also had the same message...."failed to process request". Not one I've  ever seen before.
