Gift basket for grandmother - help please

I'd like to do a gift basket for my grandmother.
She is nearly 80 and is quite immobile. She enjoys puzzle books and likes cats. I did think maybe some kind of "winter warmer" one with puzzle books but she is literally "the person who has everything". She doesn't need new socks/gloves/hats/blankets/hot water bottle. She enjoys hot choc but buys this frequently herself. So I'm starting to get stumped.
Ideas please!
Budget £10-£15
