Tesco vouchers now for wine

You can now get a case of wine using £20 of tesco clubcard vouchers. The new clubcard mag says its a "taster case worth £80"

the tesco website hasn't worked for me, not for more than a week, it always times out - is it just me?

It looks like a quality case of wine to me - I've just ordered three cases.

I had been having trouble trying to decide what to spend all my Tesco vouchers on after renewing my RAC membership through them and getting a subscription to Country Living and I still had loads left. But this looks great - looking forward to a boozy summer!!

Also with my clubcard deals is a fold out leaflet which says earn 1000 extra clubcard points when you have £50 or more on wine before July 9th, visit

Points get put on your statement in November ( think you would need a reminder note on your calender, dont think I could keep in my head for 6 months to check wether I'd get an extra 1000 points on my statement.)

Still 1000 points is worth £40 in clubcard deals. Just have to stop yourself sampling it in the first week it arrives!

Does wine come in 6s or 12s on the wine website?

Dont think that you can use it with the deals offer.

I am thinking long term. I've just renewed both our car insurances and the house insurance with Tesco insurance (saved about £100 and I get 1000 points added with the house insurance). Every month I put a set ammount aside to save for these 3 bills. When next May comes hopefully I will be able to renew the insurances with my clubcard deals, saved over the next 4 quaters and the money I've saved i can put towards something big, nice week away perhaps.

Any opinions on this plan
