I used to think that about the Wigan branch so I sent them an email complaining about it, now they always seem to have them :-)

Well done to anyone who gets any of these freebies. I've still to claim a single one. Even the stores in Leeds and Manchester look at you like you are an alien when you ask about the freebies - "we don't know what you mean", hmmm. Oh well.

I would email Debenhams about this as it doesn’t sound right, I have heard that small stores get either none or very few samples but large stores should definitely know about it.
I am lucky as my local store always seem to have plenty of these freebies, I picked up the latest perfume one yesterday and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

I failed to get this latest one when I went in the Preston store today, but the woman behind the fragrance counter gave me two samples of Valentino perfume :-) she also gave me the heads up that there is another freebie on Friday from Guerlain
