6 bed HMO ?
Mandatory licence from October 2018
Not an Article 4 area so trying to change use from C3 family home to C4 HMO.
Size of bedrooms, refusal of any planning permission or permitted development.
Fire safety, waste recycling, Fit and proper landlord, Licence £5/600
