PAYE Tax Refund

in Cutting tax
Hi lovely folks,
I know I've overpaid tax after a pay increase and incorrect tax code being applied by my employer. I obviously haven't got my P11D yet but I know what my taxable benefits are and have been taken into account on my (now correct) tax code.
Do I have to wait for my P800 to come through from HMRC or can I send off my last payslip of the tax year/P60 and request the refund?
Thanks in advance

If you don't have to do a Self Assessment return then yes you can ask for the refund.
But it is P60 and P11D you need to provide, payslips are irrelevant really and irrespective of what company benefits were in your tax code you still need the P11D details from your employer before any repayment can be calculated.0 -

That's a little crap. By my calculations that's £850 I won't get for months (based on previous years P11D came in early June)
Oh well thanks anyway!0
