The packet without the red traffic light is the one I would go for.
Better still, do it yourself, cheap porridge at 75p kg plus some raisins and a few nuts. Job done.0 -

I use Soya milk together with homemade muesli. Make up your muesli in a large bowl. Start with a good quality oat, add nuts that you like (broken ones are better), dried fruit (sultanas, raisins, chopped - dates, figs, prunes, apricots). You can personalise the ingredients to suit your taste eg I dislike banana chips. I like to mix in broken shredded wheat. You can use the cheap Lidl muesli as a base and add whichever of the above ingredients you like. Top with grapes and chopped fruit that is in season.0
