Statements and affordability calc with FD.

Hi Folks,

Am in the process of remortgage with FD, joint application half equity
so good rates and product.

Does anyone know how much surplus FD would be looking for on last three months statements with a repayment of say 450pcm.

For various reasons we've spent more in the last three months than normal but all our other factors should make us reliable clients.

Thanks in advance, Anon.

Not the manner in which lenders work. Affordability will also be determined by your ability to withstand a significant increase in interest rates.

We remortgaged with FD in October. We bank with them so they didn't ask for wageslips. They asked for 3 months statements from all other current accounts, which for us was a further 6 accounts.
Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right! :D
