1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK,
aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited
and its group companies
and NDL
their families, agents or anyone else professionally
associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and
that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via the web address
tgr.ph/threebarrels and entry is restricted to
one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of
despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The winner and runners-up will be drawn at random from all
entries received by the closing date.
5. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 13 May 2018.
6. The winner and the runners-up will be contacted by
11.59pm on 20 May 2018.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner and
the runners-up or should the winner and the runners-up
be unable to accept the prizes,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prizes to
an alternative winner and/or runner-up,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes are as described and available on the date of publication.
Should the prizes become unavailable,
substitutes of equal value shall be provided.
8. DETAILS OF THE PRIZES
One winning entrant will win the hero

Ten runners up will each win a bottle of Three Barrels brandy,
which will be provided by Three Barrels.


9. The first prize must be taken as one package.
10. Due to the nature of the location,
travel will be provided in the form of petrol allowance covering
a maximum total of 500 miles (round-trip).
Should the winner live further than 250 miles from the location,
a contribution towards travel expenses will be given.
Accommodation is based on two adults sharing a double
or twin room with en-suite bathroom on a full-board basis.
Winner will receive one glass of champagne and canaps on arrival.
Lunch is based on two adults enjoying a one-course meal
including water, tea and coffee.
Winner will receive one glass of champagne and canaps
before dinner each evening.
Dinner is based on two adults enjoying a
two-course meal including water, tea and coffee.
Winner will be provided with tuition and art materials.
The prize does not include food and drink,
personal expenditure or incidental costs,
other than where mentioned.
It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they
and their guest have valid travel insurance for their trip.
It is also the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure
that in order to drive to the location they and/or
their guest have a full clean driving licence.
11. Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the
organiser and on selected dates throughout the year.
The retreat for two is subject to availability at the time of booking
and will be the winners choice of a four-night stay only from
the luxury retreat courses,
which are subject to change.
All arrangements must be made via NDL,
and bookings made independently will not be refunded.
Once confirmed, a booking cannot be amended.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prizewinner
within 12 months from the date of NDLs initial correspondence with them.
12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability,
cannot be exchanged in part,
are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable
publicity on behalf of the Promoter and/or NDL.
14. Entrants data will be used for the purpose of administration
of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted
or withheld at the point of entry.
15. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself
or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond
the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may
at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
16. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion,
which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of NDL.
