Refused Loan
My wife and I have applied for a personal loan, which we were hoping would help us make some improvements to our house we have recently purchased. Unfortunately we have been declined and have been advised that it may be because we hadn't updated our electoral roll information. We have since updated that info. How long would you advise we wait before re applying for a loan? Would we maybe stand a better chance of we applied separately and/or for a smaller amount?
Thanks

Maybe give it a couple of months.
All depends what's on your credit files (not the scores), what debts you have.0
