Inversion table

Has anyone used these for a 'bad back' ? Are they as good as most people make out ? Basically it tilts you backwards until you are hanging upside down and stretches the spine.

I had surgery on my back and it's as good as new but I'm still on a FB group called...

'Herniated Disc, Pinched Nerve, Bulging Disc... It just hurts...'

There's over 9000 people on there and people ask about these tables from time to time so it'll be a better place to ask

I had one a few years back. Used regularly for a 8 or 9 months with no significant improvement.

    Eventually sold it on EBAY
