I think] I am in the wrong band. We have a 4 bedroom house with low ceilings, and our house is pretty similar to a number of houses in the area, all of which are one band below us.
However we do have some stables next to the house, and before I take this further I need to know weather stables plus a couple of acres for grazing are included in a valuation or not. I would think a valuation is just the house, but I would welcome some advice.

Stables and grazing land would increase a dwelling's value, so can be reflected in the band provided the land is used for grazing horses.
