Mis-sold Pension

I feel I was mis-sold a pension by Laurentian Life in Dec 1991. Am I too late to complain?

In September 1991 I joined my employer’s final salary pension scheme. In December 1991 I was persuaded to leave this, by a salesman working for Laurentian Life, and join his scheme. I stayed with Laurentian until February 1995. And was still working for the same employer until Sep 1995.

I would have been much better off if I had remained with my employers scheme

Statistically, it is likely you are barred. But that means some wont be.

Sounds like a missale. However, your dates fall within the mandatory pension review period. You would have been contacted multiple times throughout the 90s telling you about the pension review and asking you to complete the questionnaire. What you did and what they did following the review will decide if you are timebarred or not.
