When my case was transferred to the rubbish Bolton office for my case to be assessed clericaly there were arrears due to me of over £10,000. I have now at long last received a letter from them with a payment schedule showing only the arrears from July 2006 with no mention of the arrears of over £10,000 prior to when the case was transferred to them when my case was on the old system. I have tried ringing them which is a total waste of time as they dont know anything ,what do I do now? Should I appeal against the descision or ask for it to be looked at again or put in a complaint? I actually agree whith the amount of arrears on the letter but there is no mention of the arrears before that date or have I just lost £10,000!! I am at my witts end I havent received any money since dec 2005 due to their computer error.

I managed to get to speak to the person who had done the payment schedule today & when I asked about the arrears he said there was a note in the file that the arrears of £10,700 had been suspended since 11 /06!! He said he had tried to ask the person for the reason but got no reply back. He said he would look in to this. But why would arrears be suspended I certainly didnt ask for it.0
