Step 2 – Email your completed entry form to competition@harbro.co.uk

Step 3 - You will receive confirmation of your entry on receipt.

It's very strange that they ask you to go through all the trouble of downloading a pdf file, entering your contact details in it and then send it back by email as an attachment when your contact details could have just been sent to them in the body of the email.
