Did anyone else win on this? There was no notification of the win and when I emailed them they were like oh I’m sorry you haven’t received your prize (that they never sent) we will send it now... well they never have and they now just ignore emails. It would be interesting to know if anyone else won and if they have also not received anything? It’s a bit rubbish since they have done further competitions.

It's been ages since the advents, but I don't remember you having to put your address in for this one? So if they never notified you how did they ever know where they were supposed to be sending it?

I’ve been emailing since January, the prizes aren’t amazing but I don’t like how they lied and said the prizes were posted out when they didn’t even have addresses, nor did they notify winners, they just made up a competition for the publicity.

I did contact the support team but they responded once, never sent the prize and now ignore the emails.
