As title suggests just found a pack lurking in cupboard !! Don't want to bin them could I make a pudding out of the I have dried fruit, eggs cream and sugar .... any ideas ?x

Hot cross bread & butter buns pudding! Slice the buns, butter them, put in a greased piedish - whip up a couple of eggs with milk & sugar to make a custard, pour over the sliced buttered hot cross buns and leave to soak for half a hour or so, then bake!0

Yes, hot cross bread and butter pud sounds good - you could even be really decadent and stick little bits of chocolate or marzipan inside each bun as you make it.
Of course you would serve this with a little cream or good quality vanilla ice cream on the side, blow the calories!One life - your life - live it!0 -
