Hi all, I’m new on these forums. My partner and I are in the process of apply for our first mortgage via a certain well known broker. As expected, I’m being asked by several parties for sensitive documents - bank statements, account details, passport, drivers license etc etc. Now the universal advice, repeated everywhere…

Perhaps the staff member concerned wasn't at their normal place of work. An example of when homeworking isn't practical.
