Current "Best 5 Year Fixed Deals"

Looking to remortgage in the next few weeks.

Any recommendations for a 5 year fixed deal.

Currently owe £99,000.
Property value - £265,000
Owe - £56,000 Capital and Interest, £43,000 Interest only.

Current mortgage company offering:
2.44% - £955 fee
2.97% - £0 fee

Looking for advice please.

    try the mortgage best buys from this website as the calculator to compare the deals, a local broker if your not sure. Only you will know what is best for your circumstances.


    Also look at your customer retention deals which are usually accessed online from your account
