There is likely to be a difference too when you get to the time that weekly offers change.
For example, for a chain where physical stores change their special offers on a Tuesday, the price online could change on Monday because you are charged the price on delivery day, not on order day. So, on Monday, prices could be higher or lower in store.0 -
Theres no way i'd drive 10 mile just to save a couple of quid on an offer.
It'll cost you the petrol for starters, then they might have sold out.
Luckily for me all of the big 4 supermarkets are within 1.5 miles from my house.0 -
Just for the record - I didn't go just for one item....it was the price of the 'one' item that determined where I went for a biggish shop! The difference was £3.50 x 2 (hence £7) and it is 10 miles to any large supermarket for me!0
