I had the same problem, rebooted my computer and all worked fine.The bitter taste of poor quality lingers long after the sweet taste of cheap price has faded away. :wall:0

Another possible solution if people are not seeing all of the entry form. I reduced the page zoom to 80% and the form appeared.0
