Hello
Our Halifax fixed rate mortgage is up end of July 2018.
We are looking for a 5 year fixed remortgage with no product fee (fee added to mortgage)
House value around £350000 want to borrow £150000
best I have seen is
Tesco 2.02% £915 per month
First direct 1.99% £913 per month
Sainsbury 1.99% £913 per month
Anyone got any better ones or advice suggestions?
thanks

Assuming that affordability, credit history, the property, etc. are all good and you can get any mortgage you want, yes, the above are good.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Yes, all those deals look good. Just check that free legals and a free valuation are available, as this isn't always so obvious when doing comparisons online. Also worthwhile checking what 'back end' fees are payable when you redeem your mortgage, and what the early repayment charges are during the fixed rate period - these can make a difference to the competitiveness of the product overall.I am a Mortgage Adviser
