I had this too. The picture didn't load, but after a moment, it showed as a small error box. I clicked on that and it opened the pic up and let me enter.

There was a delay on it actually submitting, but it did go through in the end.

Mine was glitchy too, the 'You've found the egg' did not show at all and entry page glitched. Bank Hol website issue blues hehe!
