    Management companies seem to think that they can do whatever they want, because unfortunately most people will just let them.

    Sounds as if the management company is a bit of a bully. If they can't keep to the rules then they don't deserve the extra charges.
    If it’s not important to you, don’t consume it

    I got in touch witha free legal solicitor ,but the staff said the best one to deal withit was Barker booth Eastwood which happened to be my conveyancers ,I rang my solicitor and she kindly gave free advice saying I must pay and challenge later as they are renouned for doing this,and dont offer receipts either , so I have had to pay but really feel someone should do something regarding this disgracefull company SIMARC they have been challenged in parliament but slipped through the system ,just dont understand it maybe Martin will take it up one day .No option really had to take solicitors advice she seemed to be very accquainted withthe said landlords.
