Itv big wins

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has had any big wins from ITV such as Good morning, CHannel 5 Gadget Show etc. I have just started entering them and wondered if anyone has won and whether it was text or postcard and if they were called up???

won £2800 on real deal and £17,777 on The Cube, back in the day where it was free online entries.

Someone recently won 30k doing postal entry for ITV its on the i won posts

I won £2,700 Dickinsons Real Deal but again when it was on line and you could enter 6 times. I still do the postal ones but limit itto once.

You have as much chance with a correctly received postal entry as any of the other ITV entry routes, just remember they have well over 1,000,000 entries a week so the odds are very slim and other "bets" can offer a better chance for just the value of a stamp - the 49's for instance where the chances of winning the top prize is better than 318,000 to 1 returns £75,000 for 50p.

I used to maintain a thread cataloging all the big wins on those comps when they were free online. I only managed to keep it up for a few months as the wins were so frequent and I went on holiday! I should have passed the thread to someone else to maintain but it never happened. MSErs then were getting about half of all the big prizes.

Now I confess to being a heavy postal entrant (for a hobby) and have not had a bite in upwards of six months.

My only win was one of the first Dickinson shows to run a comp based on the auction value of items in the show - so we only won about £840! I could really use £250k to be honest, and that's not greed just practical necessity nowadays.

We took the family to WDW and put the rest in ISA's
so it was well spent

Can you tell me. what is the 49's I have no idea
I do enter the big ITV comps by post but do not send loads of entries in
