Probably getting a head of myself, were looking to remortgage but wife has a BRU coming off credit file Late August and ive got a couple of satisfied CCJ"s.
CCJ"s both paid (£251 & £366 both for disputed water bills) and due to drop off end of October this year and March 2019.
With these CCJ"s satisfied and now both coming up for nearly six years old would they have much of an impact, obviously will have to wait for the BRU to fall off credit file.
House valued year or so back at between £160k - £170k mortgage is £103k.
Question is would it be an issue trying to remortgage September after BRU drops off..or wait until April next year when all signs of old CCJ"s drop off.

Difficult to say without seeing your credit reports and knowing what you want.
If the bankruptcy drops off in september and one of the CCJs in October, I would probably wait until October. For the sake of a month, you are more likely to get accepted with one CCJ than 2.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Appreciate the rest of the credit report would be a factor..but would it make a huge difference waiting until second CCJ fell off report.
Obviously both settled a while back...but must say were rather keen to free some cash up for a project weve been wanting to do for a while.0
