I tend do do a big pan of soup in my SC. These can be turned into a heartier meal with dumplings...
Leek and potato (leek, potato, small carrot, seasoning & stock)
Moroccan Lentil soup (yellow lentils, onion, small potato, turmeric, salt, & stock)
Root veg ( potato, parsnip, carrot, swede, seasoning, stock)
Sweetcorn & potato
Chicken and mushroom - if too thick can be served with rice a la supreme, also make middle for a pie
First time I cook a new recipe, I will not do a big batch so as not to waste any if my monsters decide they do not like it!
