2 Residential Mortgages?

I have one mortgage in the Channel Islands but the market is flat there currently so not worth selling - rented out to friends but not btl mortgage. Parents have offered to give me deposit to buy place in UK mainland but I don't know if I will get another mortgage. Can anyone advise?

You should get another mortgage, subject to affordability, status, deposit, criteria etc.I am a mortgage broker.
