Hi
I have a DMP with Stepchange and have had a letter today that Lowell have bought the debt.
Will they take me to court? Will they do anything different?
I make my payments on time, and know its going to take 10 years to get out of this.
A bit worried!
Thanks

Relax, nothing will change.
However, Lowell may not be aware of your DMP so a quick letter to them explaining the situation, that you are with StepChange etc, and give them your reference number.
Also inform StepChange your debt has been bought by Lowell.
