hi looking for some advice, can anyone give me an idea or how to find out how much lawyer fees are in scotland if we were buying a property at £58850?

It depends on what you are doing. Straightforward buying, no selling? With a mortgage? Including all the registration fees etc or solicitors fees only?
Phone or visit some local companies and ask for a quote. There may be quite a variation, it's a competitive market.
Buying only, including fees searches and registering a mortgage I would say just over £1000 would be possible.0
