TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prize Offered:

The prize offered is a pair (2 tickets) to see Sam Smith perform at one of his regional tour dates on ‘The Thrill Of It All Tour’ in 2018 only.
Deadline for Entries
Entries will be accepted from Friday 16th March 2018 until 23:59 on Sunday 1st April 2018. Entries received after closing date and time will not be accepted. Applicants contacted by UMG must respond within 24hrs of the email or UMG may offer the prize to another applicant.
Conditions:

The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over and the tickets are only to be used on the specific date and location that is offered to the applicant. This ticket will only be valid for Sam Smith’s performance at the regional show on his Thrill Of It All Tour. Each successful applicant will win a pair of tickets (2 tickets per applicant). The tickets are not transferable, have no cash value and are non-negotiable.
If successful applicants are contacted and UMG do not get a response within 24 hours, UMG reserves the right to retract the prize and offer it to another applicant.
Travel & Accommodation expenses are the successful applicants responsibility and UMG will not cover any of these costs.
Proof of identity will be requested on entry to the event, so successful applicants must bring a valid form of I.D.
General:

The competition is open to all UK residents - except employees or agents of UMG, or their families or anyone connected with the promotion. Proof of age, identity and eligibility will be requested.

No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person.

Successful applicants must be free to travel and partake in prize on the dates defined in the conditions.

Opening date for entries is 16/03/2018.

Closing date for all entries is 01/04/2018.


Only prizes listed in the Terms and Conditions will be offered. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.!Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes.
