Closed Bridging Loan & Mortgage

Hi,

I have negotiated a very favorable price with estate agent and looking to proceed very quickly with getting finances in place. I need some advice about how I can find the best deal for a closed bridging loan (and a mortgage that pays off loan). At what point do I get a survey carried out, will this this be at bridging loan and if there are any MSE who can help point me in right direction?

Many thanks in advance,

  • Why do you need a bridge? Is it because you have to sell yours first?

The bridging loan will be subject to your income and equity, you will have to cover both the mortgage (If you have one) and the bridge and its expensive. You will have to put a deposit down and a valuation wil be done before you get the bridge, this will be done by the bridging company.
