Wrong service charge amount - what happens now?

Hi all,
My mortgage with Natwest has been agreed subject to valuation on Wednesday (happy days!). However, when I rang up my estate agents yesterday they mentioned that the service charge and ground rent will total £1,190 annually, not £1,150 as I'd previously been told.
Since the monthly amount of £96 was used in the Fact Find, and it turns out to be actually a monthly £99.16, would Natwest want to go over the whole process again? Or would they be happy with just recalculating affordability and then sticking a note on my case?
I'm worried because I applied just before they increased the interest rate on the product I want, and I'm worried this will take me from a 1.79% 5-year fix to what they now offer - a 1.88% 5-year fix.
I've called the Natwest Mortgage Centre to discuss this, but they cannot confirm anything until the mortgage advisor who helped me apply comes back to work on Monday, and I'm stressing out during this awful snow day.
Any advice or previous experience knowledge appreciated. I understand I am an over-worrier and that £3 is likely not to compromise anything, but I don't trust bureaucracy and I will always catastrophise...

FYI to anyone else also going worried silly over a similar matter - silvercar is absolutely right, they really didn't care about the £3 difference... I must have sounded absolutely mad to the 3 different Mortgage Centre people I spoke to in the last three days.0
