Soda Farls In The Oven

Options
It’s a long time since I made soda farls, the last time I made them was in an electric frying pan, but that’s long since retired

Anyway checking up on recipes I noticed that a large number of them used the oven. I haven’t actually made them in the oven before. Has anyone cooked them this way and would you notice any difference between oven cooked and pan cooked.

It’s St Patrick’s Day that put me in the notion.

Soda farls n the oven would make oven soda bread, just as yummy. I have some buttermilk in the fridge so may do some later. I'm having champ and sausages for tea, in honour of St Patrick's Day SP xx
