Csa to new system

Evening!

I've had letters to say CSA case is now closed, my payments started in 2009.

I currently receive £66 per week for 1 child, NRP has 2 living at home.

Can anyone tell me if there would be a difference in payments on the new system? I can't find an old calculator to try and work it out in reverse.... NRP hasn't said anything, so I'm guessing it's up to me to sort out.

Many Thanks!!
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.

On the old system you would be getting 15% net of (net-20%)
The CMS calc would be iirc 9% of (gross less12%) , you may get a little more, but you have to open a case or come to a private agreement.
