In last 3 months - still pay ERC to move?

Options
Hi

I'm in the last 3 months of my fixed rate mortgage deal, and my lender is now offering me some new deals as I am apparently now eligible to switch. If I actually choose to go to a different lender during this period, will I need to pay the Early Repayment Fee?

Thanks,

jra505

Contractually yes. As it's the terms you signed up to. For a definative answer you'll need to ask your lender.
