Can they make it available in a card please, for people who have accessibility concerns and problems with it currently being digital only.

tried to get one the other day, but the site timed out. when i went back they were all gone.

My son tried to get one of these. He tried phoning as wasnt getting anywhere online. Cant remember how long he said he was on hold for before he gave up, but now has an additional phone bill of £10 as 0345 numbers not included and still no railcard :eek:
