1. The Prize Draw closes at 23.59 on 31st March 2018. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
   Winner Selection and Prize Details
2. One winner will be picked at random from all the valid entries and the draw will be attended by an independent observer. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
3. The winner will receive a 4 night stay in Hong Kong for 2 persons (i.e. the winner and 1 guest of their choice who is over 18 years old !!!8211; hereafter referred to as Travel Companion). The Prize includes:
   • Return economy flights from a selected London airport to Hong Kong for 2 persons, and
   • 4 night stay for two in a four star hotel selected by Travelbag Limited. Room only.
   • Return transfers between Hong Kong International Airport and the selected hotel.
4. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description (including domestic travel to and from the UK airport, food and drink, incidental expenses, gratuities, etc) are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
5. The Prize must be booked before 30th April 2018 for travel before 15th October 2018. Travel not valid between the following blackout periods: 29th March !!!8211; 13th April 2018 and 28th May !!!8211; 1st June 2018.
6. Once the booking dates are made, Travelbag Limited!!!8217;s normal booking conditions will apply.
   Additional Prize Conditions
7. Flights: Flights for both the Prize Winner and his/her Travel Companion must be taken at the same time and are valid on direct flights from the specified London Airport to Hong Kong International only. Passengers must travel together. Flights to Hong Kong will be operated by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. The type of plane ticket issued is at Cathay Pacific!!!8217;s discretion and may change according to the competition in question. The plane tickets are only applicable to flights operated by Cathay Pacific. The Prize Winner and their Travel Companion cannot earn any form of frequent flyer mileage and/or Marco Polo Club membership credit when using the Prize ticket. Upgrade of travel class by cash or any frequent flyer mileage is not possible. If the reserved flight becomes critically full, and/or other serious disruptions occur and in the event that the Prize Winner and his/her Travel Companion will not be accepted on board, they will not be entitled to deny boarding compensation. However, Cathay Pacific airport staff will include them on the booking list for the next available Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon flight. The Prize flights include taxes, fees and charges. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together and all the components of the Grand Prize must be taken together.
8. Accommodation: The Grand Prize will include a four night stay in a hotel of internationally recognised four star standard. The hotel stay will be inclusive of taxes, fees and local charges but exclusive of food and drink. The details of the hotel will be provided to the Prize Winner upon confirmation of Prize.
9. The Prize Winner and their Travel Companion are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own travel insurance, travel documents (including passports and any visas) and inoculations that may be required to visit Hong Kong.
10. The Prize Winner and the Travel Companion must be over 18 years of age and all passengers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining on the date of the return trip.
11. All elements of the Prize, including flights and hotel accommodation, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions or prizes. There is no alternative to the Prize save that HKTB has the right to substitute or amend the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the Prize is not available or if HKTB or Travelbag Limited considers it necessary or appropriate to do so.
    Winner Confirmation and Notification
12. The Prize Winner will be notified by email on or after 31st March 2018 and given details of how to claim the Prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond to HKTB within 14 days after the original notification email is sent by HKTB to the email address provided at the time of entry, the Prize Winner will forfeit their right to the Prize and HKTB shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent Prize Winner will have to respond to the email from HKTB within 7 days of the date on which that email is sent or they will also forfeit the prize. HKTB and the Promotion Partners will provide the personal data of the Prize Winner and the Travel Companion to the Prize Sponsors for the purpose of the redemption of the Prize.
13. Once the Prize Winner has responded within the time frame and accepted the Prize, he/she will have to submit the name of the Travel Companion to HKTB within 28 working days from time of response to HKTB (or by the time of booking, whichever is sooner). The name submitted is non-exchangeable and non-transferable thereafter.
    Personal data and publicity
14. Prize Winner may be required to take part in reasonable promotional and/or social media activity and/or follow up website blog content participation. Prior to travel, Prize Winner must procure the written agreement of his/her Travel Companion to take part in the stated promotional activity.
15. Entrants!!!8217; personal data, and the personal data of the Travel Companion, will be collected and processed by HKTB, Travelbag Limited and Cathay Pacific in order to administer this Prize Draw. HKTB and the Prize Sponsor will also use entrants!!!8217; personal data for marketing purposes where consent has been provided. Personal data may be transferred and processed outside of the EEA.
