Nothing to worry about. Optima will request a revised redemption figure nearer the time when you want to complete. Just chase Optima towards the end of July to make sure everything is in place for completion early August.I am a Mortgage Adviser

As long as it's a week day and not a bank holiday, there's no reason they cannot complete on the 1st August. Ideally, the redemption statement would be requested after you make your July's payment to Halifax, so that the reduced balance is taken into account (assuming you are on a repayment mortgage).I am a Mortgage Adviser
