Remortgaging on low income with high debt

Options
Hi ya.

Just after some advice if poss. I have a mortgage with nationwide which my two year fixed rate expires in August and I would like to remortgage whilst borrowing extra to clear my existing loan debt of £30k. I have since changed jobs to a lower income and am also in the help
to buy scheme which is proving that no mortgage company will lend (extra borrowing) to anyone with help to buy. This is proving hard to overcome and I may just have to stay where I am with NW but if I could remortgage to borrow more I would free up a hefty chunk of money a month so would reduce my outgoings yet they don’t see this, has anyone had any luck with this sort of thing or am I dreaming of the impossible? !!!128577;
